I actually sat down with the tenant and told him we are doing this for the first time and requested him to be patient. It was very easy and direct in filling, reading and understanding. We agreed to it, then printed and signed the contract within one hour. It was the first time for me as a landlord. The tenant had rented before and had signed paper copies so he knew what he was doing. We both found the process very easy and time efficient.

Having struggled to obtain samples of such legal contracts and not wanting to approach a solicitor, this was the best solution for me. It certainly saves me cost.
