 When to use this agreement
This Distribution Agreement defines the terms and conditions under which a Manufacturer of a product appoints a Distributor of that product in a specific geographic area. It regulates and records the relationship between those two parties and can be defined as an Exclusive or Non-Exclusive agreement.
