Welcome, you've arrived at an RP Emery & Associates Free Legal Document Page.
Writing well, just like speaking well is a valuable communication skill especially when it comes to business matters.
Business letters tend to be more formal and are often sent to people we don’t know.
They need to convey the right tone - whether it be authority, disagreement, satisfaction or gratitude.
Whenever you write to a prospect, customer, supplier or an employee its vital to present a professional document so you can make the right impression.
To get you started, we've prepared a list of standard business letter templates. You can use them freely for your own use with our compliments.
You are not permitted to reproduce these letters on any medium for public display or re-sale.

Dear
As a good businessman, you are aware of the manner in which
accounts that have become seriously past due must be
handled. I am not going to attempt to think of some clever
phrase or witty jingle to get your attention. Neither do I
wish to embarrass, intimidate or do any of the nasty things
that are often done to encourage payment.
I am merely informing you that the account has reached a point where we must decide within a few days whether to turn it over for collection or just hand it to our solicitors, neither of which is our preference.
We know that you understand our predicament and are probably experiencing a similar situation with some of your aging accounts.
We would like to hear from you and learn what your
intentions are in regard to this account.
Sincerely,
